Southwest Dairy Farmers' Mobile Dairy Classroom visited both Edison and Collins Elementary today. The 32-foot mobile classroom features a milking parlor and live cow for demonstration. The presentation teaches the modern milking process, importance of diary foods in a healthy diet, animal care practices, and relates to math/science/health and nutrition, and food safety. www.southwestdairyfarmers.com
