Fall Break begins Wednesday Oct. 16, 2024. School resumes Monday, Oct. 21, 2024. Have a relaxing break!

Mrs. Medlock's 7th grade Science students designed lessons for 3rd grade students and submitted them to our 3rd grade teachers at Collins. The students whose projects were chosen got first-hand teaching experience by teaching the lessons they created.

Events for BMS this week!

BMS football players of the week are Shooter and Jacori for 8th grade and Cam for 7th grade. Way to go Pirates!


BMS students joined the Fields of Faith event on Wednesday!

Students meet weekly for our student-led FCA meetings at BMS. They have the opportunity to hear from other students about their faith. It is a great time of fun, food and faith topics. Go Pirates!

Parent Teacher Conferences are next Monday and Tuesday, October 14th and 15th from 4-7 p.m. Parents can contact their child's school if they've not already signed up for a conference. Fall Break will begin Wednesday, October 16th. School will resume from Fall Break on Monday, October 21st.

The Middle School Book Fair starts tomorrow!
The book fair will be open until Fall Break as well as during Parent/Teacher Conferences next week.

As part of career education, our Bristow Middle School eighth grade students took a tour of Central Tech today and were shown several of the great classes available to them when they are in high school. They had a great time!

PE classes this week had some fun in the sun! What was your favorite game in PE?





Our BMS Cheerleaders are ALL IN along with our little pirates! Go Pirates!

The MS is partnering with the HS to help collect money for the Stephenson Cancer Center. Students can bring loose change to school for the rest of the week as well as to the Friday night football game to donate!

BMS announced the September TRRFCC Pirates of the month today. Congratulations to these students for being great students and leaders in our building.
Bristow Middle School students had the opportunity to learn from Anthony Meter with Homeland Security Computer Forensics today. He discussed how important it is to protect students from online predators and the importance of being very careful about what the students post about themselves. He reminded them to never accept any friend request or go to any other social media places to "talk" to anyone they do not personally know already.
