The first full week at Collins Elementary has been a hot one! With heat indexes climbing we had to get creative with inside recess at times. 5th grade made the most of it with a paper airplane tournament.
Our lost and found has started, we just never dreamed it would be with a chicken! If you dropped off your kiddo and lost some poultry too, you might come check the bus loop. Bus Loop Chicken has been hanging around a few days, someone come get him before Mrs. Root tries to make him a classroom pet!!!
