OERB Petro Pro Abigail Wendt taught Mrs. Hinson's 2nd grade class about geology, seismic waves that are created from a Thumper truck, oil materials that are in plastic for example: toothbrush, fingernail polish things with plastic and rubber, derricks and the process of drilling Oil & Gas out of the ground and oil well safety rules. Thank you OERB for providing this engaging experience for our students!







Barn Hill Preserve's exotic animal education program visited Edison this morning! Students learned a little biology, ecology, environmental stewardship, responsible pet ownership and life science! Students were able to ask questions and get pictures!

Mrs. Hinson's 2nd grade class hosted a Tea and Cookies party with Mrs. Groom's Family and Consumer Science class. We love it when our former students come back to mentor our students! We love seeing them back in our building!

Valentine's Day was a day full of learning in Mrs. Groves' Class. They created monsters to love, inspired by the book Love Monster. They created hearts during a STEM lesson and check out those beautiful heart hairdos! From parties to engaging lessons, love was in the air! We hope you had a great Valentine's Day! ❤️Thank you for sharing your most loved children with us! They fill our hearts with joy!

100th Day in the Baker Bunch Classroom was fun! We did 100 cup stack, 100 pattern block creations, 100 linking cube creations, and roll dice to race to 100 were just a few fun things we did. Happy 100th Day of School!!!!

Due to road conditions of side roads and bus routes within the district, Bristow Public Schools will not be in school tomorrow, January 23, 2024. This will be a virtual learning day for students and lessons can be found on our website.

In addition to schools being closed, all BPS events and sports are also cancelled for today.
