Bristow’s Freeman wins fifth gold medal
Bristow senior Zoey Freeman, last week’s Tulsa World Wrestler of the Week, won her fifth gold medal of the year after she beat Shawnee’s Eliana Banks in the 125-pound final in the girls’ division Friday of the Glenpool Warrior Tournament.
She will have wins at tournaments Catoosa, Sand Springs and Glenpool heading into the Girls Class 5A Regionals next week in Dewar.
