Mrs. Aston's class spent time learning and remembering 9/11 on Monday. As part of the day's activities students read a book called "Sirius, The Hero Dog of 9/11". Following the reading Creek County brought in two of their dogs in service for a presentation to students. Students were able to connect these dogs to the service dogs, that helped to save people on 9/11. We appreciate Chief Raney for setting this up and the Creek County officers and K9 unit for their time and service.

Mr. Williams' Tie Club has started again. These handsome young men are participating and learning life skills. Each Wednesday, they meet as a group with Mr. Williams. This group works on manners, they hold doors, help teachers with tasks, and things that come up in daily life. We appreciate Mr. Williams and his work with students.
