7th graders visited the Sherwin Miller Museum of Jewish Art and Culture to learn about Jewish culture and the Holocaust as part of their Anne Frank unit.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of Bristow’s first STATE CHAMPIONSHIP in track!
We would love for all Bristow Track athletes, both past and present, to come and help us celebrate Coach Shannon Hilburn and the successful program he has created. The celebration will be held Sunday, March 5th at 2pm at First Baptist Church in Bristow. We hope to see you there! In addition, we encourage everyone to send a note of gratitude for Coach Hilburn's dedication. After driving our bus routes both in and out of town, and the conditions of streets and school parking lots, Bristow Public Schools will continue distance learning on Thursday, Feb. 2nd. Friday is a professional development day for teachers, therefore students will return to the classroom and in-person learning on Monday, Feb. 6, 2023. Bristow Public Schools wishes you and yours a wonderful Christmas Break. The break is from Dec. 17, 2022 to Jan. 2, 2023. School will resume January 3, 2023.

Following through on their promises, Coach Hannah and Mr. Bigbey represented BMS well! Coach Hannah had his head shaved to promote our canned food drive and Mr. Bigbey kissed a pig for winning our coin drive competition for United Way. We are grateful to have a great student body and wonderful caring teachers that support the community! Thank you Coach Hannah and Mr. Bigbey for being good sports!


We are extremely proud of our BMS students, parents, teachers, and community for raising a BMS record breaking donation this year! It's inspiring to witness such generosity! Thank you Coach Shannon Hilburn and Bristow Social Services for involving BMS! It's safe to say that Coach Hannah will be getting that hair cut tomorrow afternoon! Go Pirates!

Replenysh will be holding a recycling event this Sunday, Nov. 20th from 2-4 pm at the High School parking lot. This will be a buy back event for aluminum and PET1 plastics. Money raised will benefit the One Act Play State Rings that our drama students won for being named 2022 5A State Champions.

Food Drive is running until Thursday. This is for a good cause to help families during the holiday seaspn as well as a chance to see Coach Hannah shave his head! Bring your items!

The Caring Van will be at BPS on Thursday, November 17 to administer flu shots to students who have paperwork from their parents. Paperwork can be collected from the main office at your students' school.
