Character "Operation"

Mrs. Stinnett's 5th grade classes enjoyed "operating" on five different short story characters to determine their traits.  Mrs. Stinnett arranged and decorated her room to replicate multiple operating rooms.  Students, donned in "surgical" gear, had to determine what motives, actions, thoughts, and dialogue helped to determine the specific trait.

Students enjoyed the activity and no doubt will remember character traits with this lesson.  Bristow Public Schools is thankful for Mrs. Stinnett and the rest of our BPS faculty that go above and beyond in the classroom to make learning fun and memorable.
