Little Olympics was a huge success despite a rain delay! Thank you to Ramsey Diaz, middle and high school volunteers, as well as teachers, staff, and families that made this day possible! P is for Pirate Day! We took 1000 Pirates to the Tulsa Zoo Monday! It was a beautiful day and we loved having all hands on deck! Thank you for spending the day with us!

A celebration of the best of the best last night! 20 educators were honored last night in Tulsa for the inaugural Aeros Awards of Excellence Northeastern Oklahoma Teacher of the Year Awards. Alysa Ernst, Edison 1st Grade Teacher, received a beautiful statue in addition to a fabulous meal and cake. We are so proud of her for this prestigious honor! Congratulations, Ms. Ernst!

Storm Preparedness-The storm shelter located in the Pre-K building at 119 W 9th Ave. will be opened in the event of severe weather. The south entrance off of 9th will be open. Please sign the sign in sheet. Pets are welcome but must be kept in carriers. The storm shelter will open in the event of severe weather 1)when there's a severe thunderstorm warning 2 counties away 2)when there's a tornado warning in Creek County.
