March is Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month Today, our students had the incredible opportunity to learn about diversity, inclusion, and strength from someone who knows it firsthand. Former Edison student, Jacop Yingst, returned to our school to read a story and answer questions about what it’s like living with cerebral palsy. His honesty, kindness, and courage helped our students understand the importance of empathy and celebrating differences. Thank you, Jacop, for being an inspiration and reminding us that every story matters! #EdisonElementary #AllIn #CerebralPalsyAwareness #InclusionMatters

BPS will soon have BusRight in place for all of our buses that transport students from home and school. This system will allow parents of students who ride our buses the ability to get real time GPS and transportation updates right from an app. Parents who have students who ride a bus can expect an email with directions on how to download the app. The email will only be sent to parents who have children who ride the bus. BPS is excited to provide this platform to our parents!
