🌊 ECC and Edison Late Swim Fundraiser at Pirate Plunge Pool! 🌊 Mark your calendars for Friday, July 31, and come enjoy a fun Late Swim while supporting a great cause! Let’s make this fundraiser even bigger and better than the last one! Every admission helps support the students and staff of ECC and Edison, and we truly appreciate the incredible support our community continues to show. 🍿 Want to help even more? We are currently accepting donations for our concession stand. Items we could use include: • Chips • Candy • Bottled water • Canned drinks • Other individually packaged concession items Donations can be dropped off at the Pirate Plunge Pool before the event. Thank you for helping us make a difference for our students and teachers. We can’t wait to see everyone on July 31 for a night of swimming, fun, and community support! 💜💛

Our Kindergarten and T1 students put on an amazing talent show filled with so much creativity, courage, and talent! These little pirates showed incredible bravery by getting up in front of an audience and sharing their special talents with confidence and smiles. We are so proud of each and every one of them for shining bright and cheering one another on. What a fun and memorable day for our school family!

Butterflies & Bubbles 🦋🫧 Mrs. Jones’ class had a special day releasing butterflies! The students watched as they fluttered into the world, and when two butterflies had crumpled wings and couldn’t fly, the class showed kindness by finding them a safe place in the greenhouse. A sweet lesson in science, compassion, and caring for living things! 💜💛

☀️💦 Mrs. Fruits’ Pre-K class took learning outside today for some water painting fun on the playground! From painting sidewalks to creating masterpieces with water, these little learners enjoyed using their imagination, practicing fine motor skills, and soaking up some sunshine while making memories together! 🎨🖌️💜

One of the best days in Kindergarten/T1 is almost here! 🌟 We can’t wait to watch our little stars shine at the Talent Show on Thursday at 9:00 AM in the gym. We are so excited to see all of the amazing talents and performances from our students! 💜💛

Today, the Discovery Lab came for their final session with some of our ECC students! Mrs. Mattox’s class, Mrs. Fruits’ class, and Mrs. Beard’s class had a wonderful time participating in hands-on learning activities and exploring new concepts in a fun and engaging way. We are so thankful for the opportunity our students have had to learn and grow through these exciting Discovery Lab sessions throughout the year. Learning truly comes to life when students can explore, create, and discover! 🧪✨

Today we want to give a HUGE shoutout to our amazing school nurse! 💜💛 From bumps and bruises to tummy aches, medications, hugs, and caring hearts — she does it all with kindness and compassion every single day. Thank you for taking care of our students and staff, for always being there when we need you, and for loving our kids like your own. ECC and Edison are beyond blessed to have such a dedicated nurse serving our schools. We greatly appreciate everything you do for our Pirate family! 🏴‍☠️🩺

Today’s King Pin Tournament came with a little extra fun for our ECC & Edison teachers… the “Anything But a Cup” challenge! 😂🥤 From buckets to bowls to who-knows-what, our staff got creative and brought lots of laughs to the tournament today! 💜💛 We love seeing our teachers make learning and school fun for our students — and maybe having a little fun themselves too! 👇 Comment below and tell us which “Anything But a Cup” creation was your favorite!

Miss Balenti’s class is diving into fun as they finish out the school year! 🌊🐠 Students have been enjoying exciting ocean-themed activities—exploring, creating, and learning all about life under the sea. What a fun and engaging way to wrap up a fantastic year of learning! 🐚🦀💙

🏅🎉 Get Ready for a FUN-FILLED Wednesday! 🎉🏅 This week, we’re bringing the excitement with our Little Olympics & Pre-K Color Run! Our Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade students will be participating in our Little Olympics this Wednesday! 📍 Location: Football Field 🕘 Schedule: ✨ 9:00 AM – Opening Ceremonies ✨ 9:30 AM – Activity Stations ✨ 12:30–12:45 PM – Running Events (after lunch) We are so excited for a fun day full of teamwork, games, and Pirate pride! 💜💛 Our Pre-K littles will be having their very own Color Run! ⚪ Reminder: Please have your child wear a WHITE shirt so they can enjoy all the colorful fun! It’s going to be a bright, exciting day for our youngest Pirates! 🌈💜💛
